Research Project Fees:

High Resolution Scanning Fee: $5 per scan, plus shipping.  FTP orders can be uploaded free to a FTP site in lieu of shipping. Please provide the FTP address, login, and password when an order is placed. The Safari Museum does not host a FTP site for public use.

Staff Research Time 
(
Museum, Archives and Photographs):
One hour of the curator's time is allotted without charge for answering each reference request. Researchers will be charged $20 for each hour in excess of the first hour.  Contact the curator at

Three dimensional objects and items 
requiring special handling
The Safari Museum reserves the right to restrict the reproduction of materials in our care on the basis of conservation and preservation concerns. The museum reserves the right to charge additional fees as determined by the museum on a case-by-case basis.

Members of the
Safari Museum receive a 10% discount on fees for images and research. Become a member

Videotaping and filming
In some instances, at the discretion of the
Safari Museum , users may film or videotape materials in our research collections. Please note that the museum requires at least forty-eight hours advance notice and that depending on usage, applicable fees will be charged.
